基本工作原理：

當(dāng)車(chē)輛系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)故障時(shí)，故障（MIL）燈或檢查發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)燈點(diǎn)亮，同時(shí)動(dòng)力總成控制模塊（PCM）將故障信息存入存儲(chǔ)器，通過(guò)設(shè)備將故障碼從PCM中讀出，根據(jù)故障碼的提示，迅速準(zhǔn)確地確定故障的性質(zhì)和部位。有針對(duì)性地區(qū)檢查有關(guān)部位、元件盒線(xiàn)路，將故障排除。
